EURASIAN ASSOCIATION FOR SUSTAINABILITY AND SECURITY

non-profit organization founded as a platform for dialogue between authoritative industry business communities and associations, expert and certification companies

EAASS Technical Committee
A technical committee for standardization (TC) is a group of specialists created to develop and improve standards in a specific area.
Developed “by the industry for the industry,” the Association’s standards are observed by all participants in the supply chain as best-in-class minimum safety requirements. TC actively cooperates with other structures and organizations in this field, exchanging experience and knowledge to develop and implement joint projects.
Standards of Sustainability and Security Assessment
They are the official standards of the Eurasian Association for Sustainability and Security. The Association acts as a regulator and initiates development, determines applicable industry requirements within the EAASS and ensures their implementation and application.
SSA standards are based on best practices, modern technology, ongoing training, analysis, assessment and risk management.

Our standards are reviewed every 3 years to ensure they remain appropriate to address current and emerging supply chain security risks. Through this assessment process with our members and independent certification bodies, we are also seeking efficiencies that will make implementation of our standards easier and more effective, while always maintaining their integrity.
SSA's supply chain security standards allow companies to choose their preferred level of implementation based on their security requirements and the requirements of their customers. Companies that are not members of the Association may also undergo an SSA compliance assessment, but only after completing the appropriate formal security manager training course.
Remote virtual audit
In addition to physical audit site visits, part of the assessment can be completed remotely using standard communication systems for virtual meetings and EAASS audit templates. Contact an EAASS approved independent audit body to find out more about the remote audit process.
